Sonicnord Return & Refund Policy
At Sonicnord, we aim to deliver high-quality audio products designed for comfort, safety, and performance on the mountain and beyond. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as clear and smooth as possible.
Return Period
We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, even if the product has been used.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The Sonicnord AudioBand must be in its original condition
- All components must be included and complete
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return or feedback on how we can improve
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part such as:
- A defective product
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item or variant sent
Once you request a return, we will email you the return shipping cost for approval. After approval, you will receive a link to start the return process. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes up to 7 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
- Any agreed return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Sonicnord AudioBand for a different variant, please contact us at Support@sonicnord.com.
Once approved:
- You will receive an invoice for return shipping and any price difference if applicable
- After payment, you will receive a return link. Please select “Exchange” when registering the return
- Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email so you can place a new order
- Return Denial
Sonicnord reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Do not meet the return eligibility requirements
- Are sent outside the return window
- Are returned to an address other than the one provided through our return process
Order Modification or Cancellation
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins processing quickly, sometimes within a few hours. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet left our warehouse. We recommend reviewing your order and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
