Do I need earbuds as well?
No. The AudioBand already contains its own speakers.
Can I still hear my surroundings?
Because the speakers rest over the ears rather than sealing inside the ear canal, they do not create the same physical in-ear seal as traditional earbuds. However, any audio can reduce your awareness. Always keep the volume low enough to hear important sounds around you.
Can I hear people talking while using it?
At sensible listening volumes, you may still be able to hear surrounding sounds and conversation. This depends on your volume level and environment.
Does it have volume controls?
Yes. The control panel includes volume-down and volume-up controls.
Can I pause my music without using my phone?
Yes. The center play/pause control allows you to control playback from the AudioBand.
What controls are on the AudioBand?
The AudioBand uses three physical controls: minus, play/pause and plus.
BLUETOOTH & COMPATIBILITY
How does the AudioBand connect to my phone?
The AudioBand connects wirelessly through Bluetooth.
Does it work with iPhone?
It works with compatible Bluetooth-enabled devices, including modern smartphones.
Does it work with Android phones?
Yes, provided the device supports standard Bluetooth audio.
Can I connect it to other Bluetooth devices?

Do I need an app?
No dedicated Sonic Nord app is required for normal audio playback.
Can I use Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube?
Yes. Once connected, audio from compatible apps on your device can play through the AudioBand.

How long does the battery last?
The AudioBand provides 10+ hours of playtime under normal use. Actual battery life may vary depending on volume, temperature and call usage.
Can I wash the AudioBand?
Yes. Remove the electronic components first and clean the fabric band separately.
Are the speakers removable?
Yes. The speakers and electronics can be removed from the band for cleaning.
